We are very pleased with the new roof that J.A.Y. Construction installed on our home. John was incredibly professional and thorough in his work. He took care of a small flat roof that had been causing us trouble for a long time, and he made sure that it was done properly and with quality materials. He also inspected the old roof and pointed out all the issues that needed to be addressed, such as poor ventilation and chimney damage. He even anticipated our future needs and installed an exhaust cap for a bathroom that currently has a window but may need a fan later.
