Project Overview
- Full Structural Lift: The home was elevated using a secure cribbing and hydraulic system to achieve a higher base elevation, meeting both township code and flood insurance requirements.
- Foundation Rebuild: A new concrete block foundation was constructed beneath the raised home, designed to be flood-resistant and reinforced to handle the updated load.
- Access Reconfiguration: The front entryway and rear deck were rebuilt and elevated to align with the new foundation height, ensuring safe, practical, and aesthetically pleasing access.
- Utility & Drainage Upgrades: Plumbing, electrical, and utility lines were safely disconnected, elevated, and reconnected. Drainage infrastructure was updated to ensure proper runoff control.
- Grading & Hardscaping: The surrounding yard was regraded and updated with fresh landscaping and hardscaping to accommodate the new elevation and improve water flow away from the structure.
- Final Finishing: After lowering the home onto the new foundation, siding was patched, steps and railings were installed, and the driveway was restored to complete the project.
