Scope of Work
- Full Exterior Residing: We installed premium blue horizontal lap siding with white vertical board-and-batten accents on the gables, offering a classic yet bold contrast that enhances the home's architectural profile.
- Custom Stone Foundation Wrap: The base of the home was detailed with natural stone veneer to improve visual depth and long-term durability.
- Roof & Solar Panel Integration: The roof was upgraded with high-performance architectural shingles, and solar panels were integrated seamlessly for eco-efficiency.
- Window & Door Enhancements: Energy-efficient windows and sliding doors were installed throughout the home, including skylights to bring in natural light and reduce utility usage.
- Two-Car Garage Revamp: The garage exterior was resurfaced, painted, and outfitted with new lighting and trim to match the overall design.
- Hardscape Installation: A new paver driveway and walkway were installed, improving function while boosting curb appeal.
- Backyard Oasis Creation: The rear of the property features a large composite deck with a covered sitting area, outdoor dining setup, and an in-ground pool with a fitted safety cover. We also built a custom upper balcony accessible from the second floor.

He took care of a small flat roof that had been causing us trouble for a long time, and he made sure that it was done properly and with quality materials.
