J.A.Y. Construction is a general contractor and full-service home improvement company specializing in custom-built new homes, additions, and large-scale interior and exterior renovations. The company is also a certified roofing contractor with a separate division that specializes in only roofing.
J.A.Y. Construction, based in Toms River, NJ, started to service their clients in 2003. The owner, John Yannariello, started the company over 20 years ago after working for other contractors during college and managing jobs very early on for those he worked for. He attended college but decided that he wanted to own his own business and grow a company from the ground up.
When John started the business he did all of the work himself, hands-on, so he is well experienced in all aspects of construction including masonry, framing, roofing, siding, cabinets, trim, decks, and tile just to name a few. Due to his hard work, the business, which is fully licensed and insured, has expanded over the years to take on multiple projects simultaneously while still focusing on high standards for all employees and subcontractors. John has spent years putting together a solid team of professionals, many of whom have been working on projects for the company for over 15 years. Over the years, J.A.Y. Construction has earned a reputation for quality work and high customer satisfaction.
Even though we have a project manager on each project, John is always onsite to ensure that the work on every project meets the high level of standards he has created for the company. He handles all initial consultations and works directly with the homeowners until the project is complete. Because he places such an emphasis on client satisfaction, a good number of the company’s new clients come from referrals. Open communication is very important, and John and the team are available at any time to answer questions.
